Pilotpoints is built on the experience, technical knowledge, and practical understanding of construction and infrastructure projects.

Our founders bring complementary expertise across project management, quantity surveying, measurement, planning, scheduling, and project coordination. Together, they have created Pilotpoints with a clear objective: to provide reliable, technically focused support that helps project teams maintain control and deliver with confidence.

Over the course of their careers, our team members have contributed to a diverse range of complex construction and infrastructure projects for public institutions, international organizations, government agencies, developers, contractors, and private companies. Their experience includes projects delivered for organizations such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, NAVFAC, NATO, U.S. Embassies, the United Nations, the European Union, Kronospan, and Luxembourg Public Works, among others.

Working across such varied project environments has given our team an understanding of the different standards, procedures, stakeholders, and technical requirements that complex projects can involve. From government and institutional facilities to industrial developments and major infrastructure works, this experience has shaped a practical approach focused on accuracy, coordination, accountability, and delivery.
